      A Hybrid/Remote work environment is the only pro.

      Cons

      A challenging growth outlook has resulted in constant turnover over and over for years at the highest senior leadership levels and down. The result has been a muddled loss in originality in the company's vision and overall employee engagement. Overall compensation package for the average employee is under market

      Great culture and meaningful work.

      Cons

      A lot of tech debt and priced highest in the market makes it hard to sell. Also the territories are 100% brownfield...most enterprise companies have already been through RFP with us, so you're just waiting for another chance. Very little control over opps. Just being consistent with outreach and waiting your turn.
