Very easy. She asks you simple questions. Of course, you must love dogs and animals. She gives the impression to be a reasonable and kind lady to begin with, with just a bit of an edge. However, you will soon see when hired this impression is a mistake.

She hires pretty easily as long as you follow the directions given on the employment ad. Once you are there, don't expect to say for too long. She uses people like tissues.
