Interview
Two stages- 1 assessment centre, 1 in person interview with two seniors. The assessment centre is mostly about collaborating with your peers through different questions to get the best answers.
Assessment centre was okay with a couple of tasks focusing on team working and later questions regarding personal skills such as why you are interested in the role and examples of how you’ve applied your skills.

Why are you interested in working for Berkeley Group?
Had an initial telephone interview with an internal recruiter, informing me about the job specification and to see if I was still interested. This was followed by a zoom interview with two senior employees.
