First step was a 10 minute HR screening 2nd was a in person with hiring manager and assistant. I was there for 2 hours listening to the manager validate his skills to me while the assistant manager worked on her computer the whole time. Very unprofessional as my time is valuable too. It’s been 3 weeks and despite me checking in about the position they can’t even be polite enough to send a declined email. Which, after this experience I wouldn’t want to work there anyway. It validates the companies poor reviews for previous employees.
