I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Berth Restaurant & Events (Melbourne) in Dec 2015
Interview
Sat down with one of the managers and she asked the typical questions
- tell me a bit about yourself
- why berth?
- have you worked in hospitality before?
And then we got distracted and started speaking about her kids, etc. And she basically said I got the job.
Made me fill out a document stating the times I'm available, if I've been accused of any offences, etc.
