I applied online. A few days later I received a phone call and had a phone interview to determine my availability. I went in for an interview with the Operations manager two days later. 15 minutes after that interview I received a phone call to have my final interview with the General Manager. At the end of the interview I was offered a position. I recommend that you know your behavioral interview questions (describe a time that..., how do you deal with...., etc). Everybody in the company is very nice and welcoming!
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
