I applied online and they called a few days later to set up a first interview. I had to wait almost a week for the first interview. It was very friendly and casual. Questions were mostly situational and read off of paper by the interviewer. I got a date to come in for a second interview. That too was casual. More situational questions read off of papers. Overall a very easy process.

Question 1
What would you do if someone was stealing from the store - either employee or customer.
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
