Interview
You first get a phone interview. This was easy for me, as they hardly interviewed me at all!
Second is an interview with the manager or supervisor in charge of the department you want to go in. They ask you integrity questions and ask about your past work experience. Pretty standard here.
Third in an interview with the Store Manager. This is almost a repeat of Interview 2, but this time you leave with a job or a rejection.

Interview
It seemed to be a three part interview where, after application, they called to do an initial check-in and learn about me more. They asked very general things like experience and skills. The\y called back later to confirm I had an in person interview. The first in person interview happened and they asked the usual things but more in depth about my experiences and what qualified me. After this the interviewer stepped out and another entered, as I apparently passed the second portion. The third interviewer asked more in depth things, particularly things like employee morality.
