Interview
A phone call will proceed anything involving Best Buy. Then a meeting with the department supervisor of which you are trying to apply for, then a call back to a second and usually at the same time third interview, second being with the department manager and third being the store manager. Questions pertaining to the certain departments are almost mandatory, general tech questions are also included, and some role plays with ethics such as stealing

Role Playing with the manager about stealing a coke during the night shift was strange
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
