I Received a phone call and was asked about my work availability, work experiences, why I wanted to work at best buy, the last time i provided exceptional customer service, where I last worked. It only took about 5 minutes and was offered a 1 on 1 interview.
Very ordinary interview process, had a phone screen. Came into the store for a interview with the hiring manager. Heared back within a few days that I was offered the job.

Interview
It is good and just asked about the hobbies and interest.They also asked about the availablity of the person in a week. Overall the experience is good.It took around 15 minutes.
Was very straight forward and professional. Simple questions that are typically asking if you can lift 50lbs, are you willing to be flexible with hours, etc Once they get a gauge on your personality, they usually have a decision.
