Interview
The process was pretty much like everyone else said, except I never got a phone interview, just the Manager and General Manager.
For the manager interview he was training another lady on how to interview so I was kind of the guinea pig. They both asked alot of the usual questions about previous work experience and some roleplaying questions.
The General Manager interview was more focused on what I'd be doing at customer service.

Question 1
The roleplaying of what I would do if someone tried to return a computer was weird.
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
