Applied online, was called a few days later to set up a time for an interview. They said there are 3 interviews before you get offered the position. First interview I was asked simple questions about my previous jobs and what my positions were. Why I would like to work at Best Buy, and my availability.

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
