I originally applied for a the position of Home Theater System Designer on the Best Buy career website. I was called for the initial phone interview and then was scheduled for the in person interview. The interview was about 75 miles away, which I didn't expect. Overall it was a pretty straight forward interview, but I felt the interview could have been conducted in a more private location. Current employees would walk through at random, which made it hard to focus at times.
