I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy (Kissimmee, FL) in June 2019
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. I first got a normal, average phone screen to make sure I'm not a maniac. I then was invited to do an in person interview with my current supervisor. At last, I was offered a final round interview with the store manager. Everything happened within 2 weeks
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you sell a tv to a person who has never bought a tv before?
Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.
If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.

Question 1
Basically do you have reliable transportation and any previous work experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy
Interview
The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
