Applied for the job position online on Best Buy's website. Received a call from an employee two days later asking me to schedule an interview with them. Upon arrival at the 23rd Street store in New York City, I found that the doors were closed shut as the store wasn't opened yet but the security guard let me in. Interview process was at best, abysmal. The interviewee paused multiple times to speak on the phone with others. Manager was incompetent when I spoke to him about the job description.

Unorganized, akward waiting, but easy. They were very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Very personable and open to new takes on boring questions. Nice people horrible pay scale.

Very thorough, as the interviewer knew the exact technical questions to ask to ensure their employees great success. Also the interviewer was a Geeksquad Manager that knew the ins and outs of the Geeksquad, so he was a right interviewer for the job
