Interview
A total of three interviews. One with the department supervisor, the second with the department manager and then the general manager. They ask basic customer service questions and very scenario based as well.

Question 1
What would you do if you have a lineup of customers that need help?
It was pretty short they ask some behavioral questions and then they call you right after. I had 2 interviews with 2 different managers the same day. I was then offered a job the same day.
The interview process involves screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, holding in-person or virtual interviews, assessing candidates through tests or tasks, and making a final decision based on evaluations and references.
The manager I met with mostly asked about availability and relevant skills. They also asked some questions about how to handle various situations with clients. It was an easy interview for an entry level position.
