After giving 1st round of HR Video Interview, I was ghosted by the recruiter, who told me that he doesn't ghost candidates. I feel like I was used to get salary range information, Immigration Status and Person of Colour. I should have ignored that HR as he was contacting me for the Role nearly 45 Days of Applying for the Role.
