Interview
Straightforward many scenario questions and some behaviour. Their however was some curveball questions that i shall not mention.After being interviewed I got a call a couple hours later with an offer on the table.
in-person, mostly behavioural questions, about how to handle workload, what to do if a customer approaches you, etc. will also ask you about fitness level, availability to work early or late.

Interview
They asked scenario questions "what would you do in such such situation" and based on your answer they will aske another question based on that response. The process was a phone interview followed by a 1:1 then a group interview with 3 Best Buy employees (two managers and one supervisor)...
