The interview consisted of lunch at Firebirds. To be honest, the best thing to come out of that was discovering Firebirds. They asked no questions aside from whether I was sure I wanted the job, and whether I'd be willing to accept the salary. Looking back now, after having done the job for about a year, the reason they asked no questions was because neither of the people interviewing me had any idea what the position involved.
