Phone interview with District Manager was inspiring and informational. Followed up with extensive marketing and sponsorship training over 2-3 days at the home office in Wisconsin. Training was conducted by a top sales Vice President along with a personal meeting and presentation by Dave Durand, the CEO.

The interview process was straightforward. It was like chatting with an old friend. We discussed my life skills, personal life, hobbies, even my pets. The second interview was pretty much the same.

This came out of left field. A telephone call to my cell from a manager inquiring about my interest in selling their services. That was about it. not much Q & A . Perfunctory.
