Interview
Eerst is er een gesprek via een videocall, daarna word je uitgenodigd voor een persoonlijk gesprek. Eerst wordt je vanuit Denemarken gebeld, en daarna kun je naar de boulderhal in Amsterdam gaan. Dit hele proces duurt ongeveer 3 weken.
Ik moet ook zeggen dat het interview nogal ongemakkelijk verliep, omdat de interviewer bezig was met twee laptops. Op de ene laptop maakte ze de hele tijd notities, en op de andere stond de videocall open aan één kant. Hierdoor was er totaal geen oogcontact.
Het voelde ook helemaal niet als een gesprek, eerder als een Q&A-sessie. De interviewer toonde geen enkele interesse in het gesprek, en ik had het gevoel dat ze liever met iets anders bezig was. Ze gaf ook aan dat ze nog meer interviews die dag had en was duidelijk gehaast. Het voelde gewoon onbeleefd

Wel "typisch" vragen zoals "kan je een voorbeeld geven van een moment dat je geconfronteerd was met een probleem, en hoe je het heb aangepakt", wel een vraag die niet op veel sloeg.

Hard math question and a 2 round process Interview is quite short, but very stressful. I enjoyed it and I was able to ask a lot of questions at the end. Not your typical restaurant / bar interview.

Interview
There is a short interview to establish personality fit. Then the actual hurdle follows, an interview with the founder with the goal to see how you react under pressure. There are a couple of "thinker" questions that, considering the situation, are rather difficult to answer and there is a process to them. Of course you do not get time to slowly go through it, but you are tested on a) how well you think under pressure, b) your demeanor in light of the (often annoying) challenge and c) logical thinking
