Interview
This took place totally "off the cuff" during an emergency. Speaking w/ the owner over the phone regarding detailing her car (my side job) & somehow mentioned my experience working w/ autistic teens & she burst out crying! I was so confused at 1st as I couldn't make out what she was saying while bawling. She begged me to drop the detailing work, come to her office immediately, & care for her "client" as her only therapist just quit after being attacked! So, knowing how to handle this situation (which sucks!) I dropped everything & helped her out! She gave a very short interview AFTER I had taken care of this client for over 10 hours! She claimed to run a background check on me immediately, but I have reason to seriously doubt that, as I had not given any consent. She offered me employment of 32 hours a week starting NOW & made a LOT of promises of future raises and bonuses! I received 1 raise and had to confront her twice to get it & had my checks wrong almost ALL the time! However, she did fix the errors; even of it took her WEEKS and I had to pay my bills LATE!
