Interview was short and very one sided. The interviewer lacked ability to facilitate conversation and provide insight to what the company or what the position would entail. After the interview i still had no idea as to what the company did or what the position would be doing

The interview process was very pleasant. The initial screening gave a very thorough overview of what the organization was looking for, and I felt very aligned with the values of the organization. I was moved to the hiring manager, where we had a deep and engaging conversation about the product being built and the experience requirements to bring it to life. While we didn't find a fit, I received a personal phone call to follow up on the experience to deliver specific feedback. I would absolutely consider interviewing here again.
