Interview with a member of the team I would be working on. She was very friendly/down to earth and made a point to connect. A few structured questions were asked about my experience and time for me to ask my questions about the job and company. Next step was a work sample. Was given 5 business days to complete the task and they said it should only take about 1-2 hours of work. Instructions were clear but it was a hard task bc there were many ways to approach the task. Basically taking data, picking some aspect to analyze and then report on briefly.
