The interview process was seamless. Each BetterUpper I connected with was a strong advocate for the organization and overall company mission. It felt wildly personable in the best possible way. They prioritized getting to know me and my strengths. I had the opportunity to connect with a variety of interviewers, which helped build a good picture of what a career at BetterUp would look like.
This is long overdue. First I'll say the process was long but I got to meet with a lot of the senior execs right out of the gate which tells me they take hiring seriously. Smart people. Maybe it's because I wasn't actively looking but I didn't mind the process. I was able to get ALL questions answered throughout my interviews and got a better sense of the company and challenges. I had the absolute best recruiter I have ever worked with who set expectations the whole way through and she had such infectious energy. I told her that I'm stealing her for my recruiting team. All in all good experience.

I found the process to be very disorganized. A series of interviews with a recruiter, leading to more interviews with sales leaders. The Head of Sales asked very few questions, was on his mobile, and seemed very distracted.
