Bexorg Mechanical Design Engineerr interview questions

the interview process is random with no structure. 1st interview is relevant because I talked to someone in the team where the role existed. the discussion was about engineering fundamentals like SOM, Heat, Fluids etc the 2nd interview is where you will talk to everyone (10-15 people) one by one for 3 hours where everyone would ask the exact same questions. All of the questions were irrelevant to the positions I applied for. eg. Do you have any marketing experience please explain in detail about what you did. Explain a time when you managed operations. etc
