It was pretty easy, you had an initial assessment, screening, and then an interview. The screening was with someone from HR and then the interview was with a sales team member.

Interview
Very casual. First interview felt like a conversation, which was nice. I got a great first impression of the company from my first interview. The second interviewer seemed very uninterested. I wasn't extended an offer despite the amount of professional experience I have.

Two interview process. Both interviewers were nice and informative. Made it through both rounds. Just be confident in your answers. Benefit package sent day one after first interview. So you knew what to expect once hired.
