Interview
Taken through multi level of interview from very technical in nature right from line manager to the functional head encompassing the entire spectrum of the job. This was followed by detailed outcomes which was available for refrence
They will grill you technically. Be prepared to go deeper into your experience. They gauge confidence level, ability to collaborate between multiple stakeholders. Overall difficult, but can be cracked through preparation.
One can apply on the Airtel portal post which HR
team will cordinate with the candidate and after that the process is very easy and simple. There will be 2-3 rounds of interview

The interview process is smooth and panel was also ok. Most of questions were based on Management Skill and Behavioural. Normally 03/04 rounds will be there and focused on job requirement.
