3 Rounds: One with program manager, then program director, then the managing director. This was 5 years ago though so processes may have changed. There is also a take home project presenting your investment thesis development skills.

Interview
Unprofessional, the team and the process was so disorganized. Had to reintroduce myself every round which was fine, but was asked the same questions, why didn't the interviewers make a note, gave an impression the company didn't care.
I was told that I was placed on hold because I progressed too quickly in the interview stages. A note to the HR in order to not waste the time of the interviewers and the interviewees: if the firm is not able to accomodate actual full day position, plan better, i was already 4/5 stage of the interview progress.

Round 3: do a case study (analyse 4-5 startup in 1 hour)
Round 4: investment head, asked basic questions and walk through how you think of the startup
Round 5: get cancelled lol

Interview
Structured: 5 step process including competency based interviews, fit interviews and a case study. Process took around 2 months, the team seems really nice but no one currently based in SGP.
