We waited a lot to get any response.
Hiring process is very slow and unpredictable.
After shortlisted in online round I have to wait for 3 days for telephonic round but didn't get any slot or call and then suddenly after 4 or 5 days got a mail to send resume and give technical interview next day.
They need to be more communicative and clear with the candidates.
