Very simple interview process . You need to pass an oral exam and a written exam. The success rate is around 75% of correct answers. The speaking exam is the most important.

First an application form followed by an interview. If you have the English skills and availability they use language exams that take about 2 hours to complete there is psych tests after that. If you pass the process they let you know when training starts
