Interview
The process was a one day process. There were 3 rounds of interviews; written test, technical interview and HR interview.
The written test was quite simple which consisted of the basics of mechanical engineering and general aptitude questions. The second round was technical interview in which questions based on the project were asked and some related to GD& T were asked. The HR round round was quite simple and questions such as tell me about yourself, why this company were asked. The job location was Bangalore.

Interview
Interviews are preplanned. The company creates tryst to the candidate and they are transparent in informing about company business. Candidate is treated well and the plant head is very attractive and professional in discussion. It gives a good first impression. The company offers average and fair level of salary package but ensures that the candidate is willing to join.
