Interview
All of the interview process was conducted online. The interview process with HR was a phone interview, mostly about academic background, past internship experience.
For user interview, it was conducted with video conference application like zoom (if i'm not mistaken). Most of the questions more focus on technical. Like what my role in my previous internship experience, explain about the projects that i have done before.
the hr is friendly and nice, the interview was going very quick but detail information, the schedule also very flexible and fast response of hr, u will get psikotest after interview

Interview
There were 2 interviewee explaining about the Sales Management Trainee program and asking about sales knowledge which is quite difficult for someone who does not have a business background. The interview lasted quite long for approximately 1 hour.
