I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Binance (London, England) in July 2021
Interview
Recruiter did not properly read the CV and dropped the call immediately after finding out that I was not U.K. based. Moreover the recruiter erased all communications we had via messengers (apparently to cover up the tracks).
The interview process was handled by Sarah Chong from Talent Acquisition team at Binance. She was extremely professional and an absolute delight to interact with. Sarah was super prompt and very patient. She would always immediately schedule a call to discuss any doubts that I might have. The whole process lasted a few weeks and involved 3 interviews with members of the legal team. I had the most honest and frank conversations with members of the team who interviewed me for the role. I was more convinced after each conversation that I wanted to join the team. I felt an extremely positive vibe during the whole interview process.

Question 1
I was asked questions regarding my past experience and how I could be suitable for the role. I was also asked about the regulatory hurdles and how I perceive the regulatory environment to evolve.
Very professional recruiting process. HR very reactive, quick answers, pays attention to your questions and preoccupations. Several interviews with people involved in the Legal workstream as well as with regional decision makers. The people I met were truly professional, enthusiastic about blockchain technology and highly qualified.
