Interviewed remotely with HR then 4 other Binance employees. HR was really quick in setting up the next interviews, no time wasted and straight to the point. Interviews were rather informal and agreeable.

I had a brief interview with recruiter for a senior position. She asked a few superficial questions. She promised to follow up but never did despite multiple emails from me.

We only made Only remote interview. Questions were very standard. Hr employee was not really into get to know the candidate. Therefore I wouldn’t say that process was efficient and purposeful.
