Interview
Divide into three interviews.
The first two are technical interviews.
Two different people will interview you for your technical ability.
You are worried about the wrong candidate for the interview.
The third time is the human resources to talk to you about your salary.
I was recommended by the hunter. Yes, so I negotiated with Binance through Hunter Head.
The interview process will ask a lot of JAVA low-level details, how to deal with high concurrency, and how to troubleshoot when facing problems.
3 rounds of technical interviews almost all are same. Interviewer is from China and it was done via Google meet. First and second round will be at single shot and it will be for 2 hours minimum. Group of people may ask questions.
