The overall interview is really quick and professional, would be a plus if you got prior testing experiences and can speak multiple languages. Mostly situational questions with light coding and technical questions.
The recruitment process consists of three progressively challenging technical interviews. These sessions thoroughly evaluate candidates on: 1) Project implementation details and business impact analysis 2) Live coding exercises assessing technical proficiency 3) System design challenges testing architectural thinking and problem-solving approaches. The structured yet conversational format created an engaging and positive interview experience overall.
