I had two rounds. First round with COO and was about basic background, getting to know each other. Second round I had to prepare a presentation about my own project and my understanding to the company and position.

Interview
I interviewed for 2 rounds. First interview was casual and informative. The second interview required me to prepare a slide deck discussing how I can implement their technologies into my research as well as a 30-60-90 day plan on how I can hit target sales.
The interview went well, and I enjoyed meeting with the team. I spent hours preparing for the interview only to be ghosted and never given an update. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back the writing is on the wall, but it would have been nice to get a message regardless. I'm giving the experience a thumbs down because the lack of communication was unprofessional.
Zoom interview. Few questions about their products. Asked if meeting clients and driving to meet clients is something I can do. HR question at the end about sponsorship was the limiting factor, although I had already shared that with the recruiter.
