Biogen Business Analyst interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 2 weeks later. Had an interview with hiring manager, witch was a pleasant conversation, she was asking about my background, past projects, fit to a role and team. Then I had a chat with hr person, it also was a nice 30 mins conversation. After that however they got quiet… I followed with recruiter twice, but no response. Then after a month and a half I received an automatic email with rejection.

HR phone screen followed by 1:1 interview with Manager and Director. Within one week of the HR phone screen, I got a confirmation with one on one interview with the manager and within the next 3 weeks, I got a call on the offer. The process was very fast and the HR rep was very friendly.
