I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a fairly informal process. I think that most people who get jobs as interns have some connections. With connections, the process is fairly easy but without connections, I think it is very difficult. Only asked fit questions.

Question 1
How do you think your skills will help with this job?
I applied online. I interviewed at Biogen (Baar, Zug)
Interview
My experience with the Talent Acquisition "Business Partner" was disappointing due to a lack of professional engagement and poor body language during the interview. If a recruiter isn't really interested in meeting candidates, it's better not to send the invite at all. Furthermore, the complete lack of follow-up and subsequent ghosting is concerning. It makes me question how the company values its employees if they show so little respect for candidates' time and efforts.
Applied online via their website. The interview was split into two, each 30 minutes. For both, I was interviewed by two people who I would be working alongside or were in a related role.
