First round was with two similarly-leveled people in the department followed by another meeting with the exec. that I'd be assisting. Very relaxed atmosphere and more of a conversation versus getting grilled. Felt like a great fit right from the beginning more because of personalities. I came with the skills needed for an EA, and that's a tough job to hire for because it's hard to really know what you're getting, so it seemed to focus more on making sure I'd mesh well with the department and company culture.
