The interview was face-to-face and hands-on. They asked a few real-life scenarios and case studies to see how I’d handle actual problems on the production floor. It wasn’t just theory—they really wanted to know how I think and solve things in a practical way.

I was given a scenario where the production line's wastage level consistently remained between 30% to 40%, significantly higher than the target range of 10% to 15%. I was asked to suggest what steps I would take to identify the root causes and improve the situation.
