I applied online to Bithealth for the position 'Associate AI Engineer'. I am not certain how many stages were involved in the hiring process because I eventually withdrew my application. The 1st stage was an HR interview, which covered basic questions such as self-introduction, past experiences, and challenges I faced in one of my previous experiences.
The 2nd stage was the 1st technical assessment, with a three-day deadline. It involved data processing, SQL queries, and developing a Python app using FastAPI for a hospital triage system. I completed the assessment in three hours, but it took them three weeks to review, very unprofessional. The 3rd stage was the 2nd technical assessment, with a three-day deadline as well, focused on refactoring a Python app. I chose not to submit this task, as I had already secured a better position elsewhere.
