the rounds were chaotic.
1. i got a call in december 2025 which i answered and asked the recruiter to give me a couple of minutes bc i was in the middle of something, then she ghosted me for a week and after a few mails i got a screening message on whatsapp to share an audio/video introducing myself
2. then got a screening call - again asking me to introduce myself and schedule the next interview
3. this round consisted of explaining the JD and understanding how many calls i could make in a day - then they gave me an assignment
4. the assignment was about sourcing candidates for customer success role and was easy - took about half an hour. i sourced great profiles - one person they were already speaking with.
5. then had another call to discuss the assignment and conduct 2 mock calls with the interviewer nikita. she ended the interview asking about my salary expecations and saying "everything looks good, the last thing left is a BGV and we'll get back to you by evening."
then i heard nothing from her or any other team member even after following up the other day. no feedbcak, no rejection email.
they were quite straight forward about no work life balance - which the company reviews on here support.
they need to do better on enhancing candidate experience.
