Pros

You learn to work 20 hours a day

Cons

Highly mismanaged teams No clarity of vision Foul language and demeaning employees Only one belief in company is take advantage of customers, every person in company is supposed to force customers to use platform even if doesn’t make sense You are forced to work 20 hours a day on all 7 days, almost 70% of team is already looking out and still noone cares about improving it. With a company where customers want to leave, employee wants to leave and management don’t have a direction or intelligence, you can imagine where they are headed. Just so the reader knows, 99% of the positive reviews are forcefully taken from existing employees

Learned how to work in ambiguity

Cons

The company heavily relies on patchwork solutions rather than building sustainable processes. I’m genuinely surprised by the number of overly positive reviews and wouldn’t be shocked if some were incentivized. There is a constant focus on extracting revenue through one channel or another, while internal systems and processes remain weak or nonexistent. Employee feedback often goes unheard, and the leadership team comes across as highly toxic. The founder, in particular, displays a strong sense of entitlement and an inflated ego. My advice: stay away and explore better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Joined thinking it would mostly be ticket handling, but the role was actually quite technical. Had to understand the product properly and work closely with engineering sometimes. Team was supportive whenever things got stuck.

Cons

Shifts during busy periods can get tiring.
