The first few rounds were online..then was asked to fly to pune for a face to face discussion.. while the company looks good, the transparency is not there. For example once I finished my interview I was told the airport cab charges will not be reimbursed only flight . Should have been informed earlier.. it's like some old system suddenly every one stops responding after a while

Previous experience, vision and roadmap for future
Two rounds: first was a LeetCode coding task. Second covered SQL, OOP, Java, REST API, CI/CD, AWS, plus experience-based questions about projects, design decisions, and implementation details from previous roles
I applied through university. I interviewed at Bitwise (Pune)
Interview
There were multiple rounds with focus on SQL, coding and group discussion. Initial round with HR included group discussion and tell me about yourself. Technical round was intensive but interviewer was helpful giving hints. Final round with senior manager mostly behaviour questions.
