    Pros

    Cons

-- Non technical person generally leading the technical team .(generally the person who started their career with this company only and have less expertise/ less IT market value) -- Favoritism at it best. --Slave culture. --Mostly team lead/manager never wants to hear 'No' from your side .if you say No , be ready for mentally harassment everyday. --You will forget the word -Work-life-balance here.because there...

I worked at Bitwise full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High transparency, Friendly environment, Good hikes till the time I was employed, now I'm unaware about hikes. They have good pool of projects.

    Cons

Onsite opportunities are only after you spend minimum 5 years in organization. For some projects, very less work is there. These guys usually spend time for management related work, like excel stuff.

    Advice to Management

Good going guys. Just have developers work on technical stuff more.

I worked at Bitwise full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Really did not find any.

    Cons

    1. Culture is pathetic , based on one region/location of the company. Patriarchy is there in company and favoritism all of the time to only known local people. 2. Employees are not valued even if they go an extra mile and work for long hours. Only favorite ones or from their family circle are considered. 3. HR department is for talking and gossiping and giving pat on their back among themselves. 4. Management is...

    Advice to Management

Please do not give positive reviews from your own side all the time and now to make this review not visible. It won't help anyway because looking at the reviews you give it's easy to find out if it is a genuine review or not. Do not ignore the ground reality and only think about your own profits. All the employees should be look after and considered. Make the company as employee friendly not just family...
