Interview
I appeared for a walk-in interview at BizTech on 17th May 2025 for the Business Analyst role. There were four rounds (1 practical, 2 technical, and 1 HR), and I cleared all of them. The same day, I received an official email from BizTech stating:
“Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to be a part of BizTech. We were impressed with your application and are excited to have you on board. To proceed further, we kindly request you to share the following documents at your earliest convenience.”
I promptly submitted the requested documents on 18th May.
Post-Interview Experience:
This is where things went downhill.
• On 21st May, after not hearing anything, I followed up and was told the CHRO was unavailable and results would be delayed.
• On 23rd May, I was strangely asked to wait until 26th May to know whether I was “selected or not” — despite already having the official selection email.
• On 26th May, after waiting and following up again, I was finally informed that BizTech would not proceed with my profile. When I asked for a reason, I received no response.
