I applied online and was contacted for an interview. The interview went well and lasted about 20 minutes. I was told I would hear back the next day, and I never heard from them again. I even sent a thank-you email the day of the interview and received no response, not even a rejection email. Nothing, just ghosted.
It's just a waste of time. Nepotism abound. Even if you are fully qualified, they just don't care. Company is small and uses big plans to reel you in, but they're just empty words and marketing spiel.
