The interview was an hour long. The first half was to deliver a presentation I'd prepared in advance, and the second was to respond to 12 questions. The presentation question was along the lines of what the first 60 days of the project would look like.

Standard interview questions with additional questions on intersectionality regarding the Black LGBTQ+ experience. They asked about implementing the project, how I've worked with others, how to manage details, how to deal with conflicting views, how my previous managers would describe me.
